Hmm but what’s the difference between soloing the vocal and eq’ing and making up the loss with light makeup gain compression and umm….moving up your fader? To me, with the bass and kick on top of the vocal, it doesn’t give you any leeway to work with the vocal since more than likely your vocal will be under the mix anyway. I say eq for the problems, compress up, fader up, then eq within the mix rather than before. Either way, I’m considering this plug in now. Wonder how it’d match up with UAD.

Seems a great,versatile plug in. The patronizing douche doing the presentation needs a punch in the face tho.
