Excellent information. I’m really surprised that there isn’t a mandatory course in High School for a half semester on mortgages, loans, and PMI since it’s such an important part of an American’s life.

Have the regulations changed about seller contributions for FHa Loans? I am confused about the new policies. I heard the seller can no longer pay the down payment or help with the down payment. is this correct? Also, How about the closing costs? can the seller pay closing costs? One more…Are their any limitations beside price for an FHA house? I heard something about it not being allowed if the value of the land is more than 25% of the overall value. We are looking at a house with 140 acres.
