This is all well and good, but she seems to be ignoring the fact that this shit just tastes good. It’s not just because you need the effect of the chemical – sometimes you want to eat some cake because it’s fucking delicious. I’d say, check your normal diet to make sure you’re not eating any extraneous sugar or high-fructose corn syrup in your meals; then DO have sugar, but make it special. Leave the cheap/convenient stuff out, and just eat the good quality sugar every once in a while.
good stuff, cutting out refined sugar and all artificial sweeteners has improved my energy level.

Excellent, informative video. I have been suspecting a food intolerance for many years but docs won’t listen/help. I am going to try to cut down on sugar…I have mood swings, migraines, low engery, am not overweight tho. I think to cut out sugar completely in our culture is pretty impossible. I have just heard about Omega 3′s, mainly found in oily fish, this will help to curb your sweet tooth cravings and stabilise your blood sugar.

good info. my sugar level drops so bad, that I feel i get hyper if i dont eat something sweet i will go crazy , I just have to eat something sweet,but next tiime that this happens I will think if i can skip the sweet at least once a day , i need it 3 time a day, im scare of diabetes, im only 24

Sugar addiction is hell!
I have low Blood Suger, or Hypoglycemia. I have to eat 5 or 6 small meals a day. I like complex carbs & protein. If I miss a couple meals & my sugar drops, I get very jittery and feel like passing out. I have to eat every 2 and a half or 3 hours.
My question is, is there supplements that help regulate B.Sugar? I know exercise is very important.
I did cold turkey, and haven’t touched processed sugar in over 3 and a half years! Fruit instead of candy, that’s what it’s all about.
Look here fuckers, The best way to beat sugar addiction is to stop eating it, My mom made me do it for three years from age 12 to 15, now I started again at age 21 and I have not had sugar for 10 months. It is that simple.

She actually has a video on that. I had to completely cut out sugar from one day to another. Even fruits. If it has sugar or even fructose in it, I can’t eat it. I discovered it’s more of a taste thing with me. I love the taste of chocolate. I’m afraid I’m substituting with artificial sweetener-ed chocolate flavoured candy. It’s not so bad, because the taste stays in my mouth for hours after one and I actually don’t crave the real thing.
